Mark C. Kaley is the president of Twin Equities, LLC. Mark is a licensed attorney and admitted to practice in the State of New York. Mark’s work at Big Apple Consulting USA, as corporate counsel, provided him the opportunity to consult with numerous emerging growth companies through the public relations process.  Prior to acquiring Twin Equities, LLC, Mark worked for a private law firm in Garden City, New York, and, before that, was an associate at King & Spalding, LLP’s New York City office, a national law firm based in Atlanta. Mark has a wide range of experience in corporate, commercial, transactional and litigation matters. In 2000, Mark graduated from St. John’s University School of Law, with honors. Prior to attending law school, Mark was an associate producer for a Cablevision Television Channel.
