Twin Equities is able to provide strategic guidance to its client companies in the areas of public relations, sales/marketing, distribution, finance, accounting, business development, information technology and personnel.

Additionally, Twin Equities is able to assist companies in filing the necessary forms to be traded on the various exchanges and increase their market capitalization and liquidity. Twin Equities has the expertise to advise corporations on going public. Twin Equities can lay out all the necessary steps and can suggest the best alternative (Shell Corporation, or SB-2 registered corporations, Reg. A., etc.) to obtain "public" status.

Twin Equities assists clients in preparing for the placement of private debt, mezzanine, and equity capital with institutional and accredited individual sources. Through analysis, Twin Equities may suggest the appropriate structure of the security and recommend or refer attorneys and CPAs specializing in SEC issues to draft legal documents and perform audits. Twin Equities may participate as a principal in these placements, but is not a broker, so does not broker transactions nor represent that it is involved in selling securities.

Through its strategic alliance with Big Apple Consulting USA and its subsidiaries, Twin Equities is able to generate exposure for its client companies to the right people in the financial community and the right people in complementary industries around the world.

Twin Equities also routinely negotiates with small emerging growth companies to purchase options at a discount to market. This enables smaller companies to receive operating capital they need, while at the same time providing assets to Twin Equities and a profit to Twin Equities' unit holders.
